Here are some frequently asked questions and answers to help you better understand Euro Kids Consignment.
Who are the owners?
Euro Kids Co. is owned by sisters Erica and Anissa. Erica runs most of the day to day operations - she picks up consignment, sorts, photographs, packs orders, responds to DM's, and posts on social media. Anissa takes care of listing the items on the website and making payments to the consignors.
How often do you do drops?
We aim for at least one drop a month, with more frequent drops before changing of seasons. We will have our next drop dates in the status bar at the top of the page, as well as advertisting via social media.
Can I pick up my order elsewhere?
Feel free to reach out via socials or email if you are interested in a bunch of listed clothing but prefer an alternate pickup location. This helps us understand where a new pick up location would be utilized!
Are you taking consignment?
Yes! We are accepting in season clothing. Check out the consign with us tab for more information, or reach out via socials or email.
Why are some items on sale but not others?
Items that are on sale may be getting close to the end of their consignment period, be out of season, or may be from one of us that we are willing to sell for cheaper as we don't need to pay a consignor. Items will also state sale if they are new with tags, as we like to add the comparable new price on the listing. Codes from email or social media promotions apply to everything, even sale items.
Why should I subscribe to your emails?
Email subscribers get access to exclusive subsciber discounts as well as early access to sales. We promise you won't be spammed with more than one email a month 😉
Do promo codes affect my consigning profit?
No, the blanket site wide codes we run come out of our 50%, and your half remains untouched. However, if we individually lower the list price on your item to sell, your cut of that price remains 50/50.
