Euro Kids Co. Consignment Contract

Thank you for contacting us and collaborating with us to keep your preloved kids clothing in the loop.

PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTACTING US TO CONSIGN:

Just a few things to keep things clear between us so we are all on the same page...

• We do not accept George (Walmart) brand, Joe Fresh, KirkLand, Koala Baby, Toys R us, Child of Mine, Chick Pea, or Childrens Place at this time – and VERY LIMITED Carter’s and Old Navy (only in excellent LIKE NEW condition; as we simply can't compete with their pricing). 

• Brands we love include - but are not limited to: H&M (less than 2 years old), Dirkje, Koko Noko, Quapi, Next, Name it,  Bampidano, Wheat, Prenatal, Mayoral, Creamie (Practically most European/Scandanavian Brands), Zara, Jax and Lennon, Little and Lively, Gap, Burberry, Patagonia, MEC, Adidas, North Face, Rylee and Cru, Bonnie and Harlow, Hatley, Jack & Lily, UGG, Ralph Lauren, Hunter Boots, Jamie Kay, Posh & Cozy, Posh Peanut, Kyte Baby, Quincy Mae, HUX, Minimoc, Mini mioche, Freshley Picked, L'oved Baby, Indigo, Ole Design and Miles Baby.. the list goes on. We love small shop and supporting local brands!

• We have the right to refuse any item. We are selective with what we select; because we want to make this a great place to shop! We will not be taking damaged items (broken zippers, missing buttons, etc); and all items should be washed, free of rips, stains and pilling (very minimal is allowed). Anything we choose not to consign will either be returned to you or donated (depending on your wishes) at the end of your consignment period. 

• New, never used, or excellent to very good condition items are of course very welcome.

• Prices determined by us based on label, condition, and demand. If you have a certain price in mind for a certain item - please let us know by tagging it with a price. We try to price things fairly but also price items competively.

• Please only a max of 50 items per consignor.. We accept sizes 0 to 8 years old. Please keep the season in mind (ie. No summer items during winter).

HOW DO I GET PAID?

• Consignors are paid out monthly during the first week of the month. We pay you 50% of the selling price of your items, paid via e-transfer.

• When dropping off items, please include your contact info (including email-address for e-tranfer) and indicate whether you would like to donate or have items returned to you if they do not sell within 4 months (approx. 120 days).

• Euro Kids Co. has the right to choose to which charity we donate the items.

• Price reductions (end of season sales, etc) may occur at the discretion of Euro Kids Co. Our consignment agreement will always stay the same (50/50%).

• PLEASE DO NOT CROSSPOST YOUR ITEMS; for example, have items for sale on Marketplace, Poshmark etc while consigning the same items with us. ONLY CONSIGN ITEMS YOU ARE ACTUALLY COMFORTABLE SELLING. 

TO CONSIGN WITH US:

• Consignment: 50/50% - items will be listed for 120 days and then either be returned or donated. We will contact you at the end of your consignment period to plan a day to return clothes to you. 

•  we are no longer offering the buyout option.
